About the Dennel Financial Ltd. Claims Process
The Dennel Receivership claims process has been on going since sometime in
September of 2000 when the Receiver petitioned for the approval of a claims
adjudication process. In the time that has lapsed between then and now
approximately $20 million dollars has been returned to the victims of this
fraud.
As of October 2005, Receiver Warfield is taking the final steps to make the
last distribution to investors. Shortly after this distribution is made the
receivership will be closed.
Information pertaining to the Receivership will be kept on record, by both the
Court and the Receiver, in an archived format. The Dennel website will be
maintained inasmuch as necessary until the close of the Recivership.
